This document establishes the terms and conditions of the Privacy Statement for the mobile applications NLB mKlik, mToken, and NLB Pay provided by NLB Banka Prishtina. By accessing the NLB mKlik, mToken, and NLB Pay applications, you agree to be bound by these terms. Before using the applications, the client must read these conditions carefully.
This privacy statement defines current policies and demonstrates the Bank's commitment to the client's financial privacy. NLB Banka Prishtina reserves the right to modify the content or services found in the client's mobile application at any time and without prior notice; consequently, the NLB Banka Prishtina privacy statement may change at any time in the future.
NLB Banka offers financial products and services. When the client accesses the mobile application or a link within another application and/or website, they are advised to read the privacy and data protection statements or agreements issued by such websites to determine the policies applied to the information or data stored by that site.
NLB Banka’s business is built on the trust between the Bank and its clients. To maintain the confidentiality of all information provided to us by the client:
Information Collection: NLB Banka will only collect client information required for the development of NLB Banka's business, compliance with legal and regulatory obligations, adherence to best practices, and risk management activities.
Purpose of Use: NLB Banka will use client information to provide clients with better products and services, as permitted by law.
Third-Party Sharing: NLB Banka may transfer client information to other service providers or agents as permitted by law. NLB Banka will ensure that these service providers and agents are bound to apply appropriate confidentiality and security standards regarding such client information.

Security Systems: NLB Banka maintains strict security systems designed to prevent loss, destruction, damage, and/or unauthorized access to client information by anyone, including NLB Banka staff.
Confidentiality Obligations: NLB Banka personnel and all third parties with authorized access to client information are specifically obliged to respect the Bank’s confidentiality and information security obligations.

The client agrees that the Bank shall hold and process personal data in accordance with the provisions of the Applicable Law regarding "the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data." While the aforementioned policy is subject to change, all interested parties should be regularly informed of its content and their acceptance of and compliance with specific terms.
