Gem Maloku emërohet zyrtarisht Kryetar i Bordit Udhëheqës në NLB Banka
We are pleased to announce that Gem Maloku has been officially licensed by the Central Bank of the Republic of Kosovo on May 7, 2025 to serve a four-year term as Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the Board of Directors of NLB Banka sh.a. in Prishtina.
Since 2009, Mr. Maloku has been an integral part of the Bank’s journey, holding key positions as Chief Risk Officer, Chief Financial Officer (CFO), Chief Risk Officer (CRO), Member of the Board of Directors, and most recently as Acting Chairman of the Board of Directors. Throughout this time, he has demonstrated clear vision, inspiring leadership, and unwavering commitment to the long-term success of the Bank.
With this appointment, Mr. Maloku will continue to lead the Bank on the path of growth and innovation, strengthening NLB Banka's position as one of the most important financial institutions in the country.
